March

So around February Theodore started the phase of loving to open and shut doors. Unfortunately he is way to short to even try to reach the doorknob so if he shuts the door all the way he is kinda stuck there. Usually he will whine and I will have one of the kids go open the door for him. Or if I'm walking by and I hear him playing in a room I will open the door. This picture was from an occasion when he didn't whine and I didn't happen to walk by and hear him. It looked like he played with his drawers for a little bit and then fell asleep.
So cute!
Papa was helping me out a lot in March with Babysitting and I caught him playing Ponies with Vivian.
They both look like they are having fun.
The monster baby likes to chew and dismantle Michael's foam bullets.
This baby just squirms and wiggles and looks cute.
The monster baby likes to get into things he shouldn't.
And climb on everything possible.
This princess likes to try on clothes, even if they are not her own. (more to come in future posts)
This boy likes to pose for pictures.
First time in the Bumbo chair. Neck still wasn't strong enough.
This M&M hat and Onesie I bought in Florida in May 2006 when Michael was still in foster care. The girls (Rachel and Regina) had come over for a visit and decided to try it on Theodore. It's amazing how much he looks like Michael.
Theodore and Lawrence are going to be best friends.
I love my baby and my monster baby.
I am torn between calling Theodore a big boy or a baby. Sometimes he looks like both and it's hard to choose. This picture is definitely a big boy moment.
Sleepy time with Lawrence.
Now he's awake.
And interesting....
and bundled...
and blue...
and happy.
So Vivian is really imaginative in her play. This cat couldn't fit on the train and was very upset about it. But then it found Vivian's dirty sock and is taking a shower. It is fun to listen to her play by herself.
This is one of the frogs that live under our drive way.
These clouds out the window made me feel like there was a mountain right there. But then they blew away... SIGH. One day I will live next to a mountain and I will be able to look out my window at it any time I want. But until then I am sentenced to live in the flat Central Valley with hardly so much as a hill nearby.
I hope you enjoyed our month of March. Stay tuned for April and May.
